Our high performance interposer contact sets use an innovative silver column technology in a compliant elastomeric matrix. These contact sets are available in 2 different thicknesses and according to the specific application can be ordered with or without the DUT shield.
Iterposer Contact SetsThese contact sets are extremely versatile and can be used for manual applications from Burn-in and Hast to production test and characterization. If the contact sets are ordered with the DUT shield then this combination becomes suitable for high volume ATE test and will exhibit a life of 500K insertions and above.
